Then maybe now I can be ready to mop at my grandmother’s house. I also learned how to work with others and to be patient with slow people even though slow people drive me completely nuts. I am very happy I finally got to learn how to mop without being frustrated or have people getting upset that I keep asking questions.
On Thursday I worked at UCP and got to wash windows without having to take turns with someone which felt nice because I don’t do well with taking turns and sharing.
It felt great to have Yvette say good job and give me praise because I didn’t get it that often when first started coming to UCP. It makes me want to keep doing whatever I am doing. Also when I hear that praise it make me feel good inside and not have low self of esteem or makes me think is there something wrong with me when I leave at the end of the day. Now when I wake up in the morning it makes me excited to learn something new.
