Yesterday I worked at Big Heart Coffee. I learned how to make a pour-over coffee. You need to measure the beans, grind them, and put them in a cup with a filter. It has a hole in the bottom for the coffee to filter through. Then you have to carefully add the hot water very slowly. You also measure how much water you use. I got to taste it when it was done and it was very good. I also cleaned tables and chairs. The owner Diana and her staff Angie and Jake are always very helpful and patient. I really enjoy working at Big Heart Coffee.
