Today we learned about self-care. We learned that our bodies need rest. We also talked about eating healthy foods like bananas. We need fuel and stored energy inside of our bodies. It is important to exercise to make our bodies healthy and stronger. We need to sleep so that we can wake up refreshed. If you don't sleep at night, it can be hard on your body. You need to rest so that your brain can rest too. You can be more creative when you get enough sleep and you make better decisions.
