This paragraph is about self-care in other words how I take care of myself. How I take care of myself if I am depressed I don’t take drugs, smoke, or drink alcohol. I watch TV, go on walks, play video games, reading, listen to music, drawing and go on computer. I exercised to stay healthy and drink a lot of water a day. I also eat right to stay healthy.
