On Tuesday we did our last work at the senior home. The senior was happy with us. We are happy to help the senior home. We had fun pulling weeds and picking up trash. I learned how to get rid of ants.

Today we went to see the lemon grass and the lemon grass was almost dead. We got some water for the plant and it looked much happier after it was watered. Then after that we went to the senior’s home to check how we did in the front of the house. We did a pretty good and we are almost done!
On monday we were supposed to have a guest speaker but the guest speaker did not come. We made the most of the day and worked on making an Emergency Contact List, Self-Advocacy, and Disability Rights. At Yellow Brick Coffee we aerated the soil and cleaned the parking lot. We also swept a little bit to clean up dirt and debris. Then we planted and watered the lemongrass plant. It’s a plant that look like grass but taller and smells like lemons. It’s often used in cooking.Landscaping We did landscaping at a seiner home. We cleaned the back yard it was easy but it was also difficult because it was windy. The weeds were flying everywhere! But that did not stop us we got the job done and we had fun doing it. On Tuesday we had a guest speaker. I was interested to learn from the guest speaker. I leaned the word FARTS...the funny word FARTS. FARTS means Friendly, Attentive, Reliable, Trustworthy, Smile. These are what the interviewers and bosses are look for in employees.
Putting skills to work!On Monday I went to a Rise electronics recycling. I had fun. I unscrewed computers to get memory cards and hard drives out to recycle. I enjoy finding memory cards and hard drives. Rise electronic recycling is a place that recycles stuff like computers consoles and other electronics. They also have a store where they sell computers that they fix as well as other electronics. I had a good time there. I found gold!
