Today we watched a video about good customer service from the Zingerman's.
we learned that good customer service is for suppliers, guests coworkers and the community too
1. Figure out what the customer wants by asking them. the 10/4 rule is that when people are 10 feet away you wave, and when they're 4 feet away you talk to them
2. get it for them accurately, politely, and enthusiastically.
3.Go the extra mile Do something nice that they didn't ask for or expect.
at the co-op that could look like:
Today we did this by helping the Co-op take their recycling to Re-Community.

- get them a box from the back
- clean up messes we see without being asked
- open the door for people carrying bags
- take the trash out to the dumpster
