Workability is a good  resource. It has  helpful teachers. You will get kicked  out if you have too many strikes.  We go on outings to work places. Rules are harder than at school. We talk about life skills. We get two  breaks. We write emails and have team meetings. We can listen to music on break with head phones.

I have had the chance to DJ for a radio show. I like to listen to my music. We will be doing a podcast soon.
Hopefully we will get good sponsors. Networking is very fun. It is helpful when
searching for a job. I have been able to find volunteer opportunities like at Boot Barn
and Tropical Kingdom through networking. In class, I have made progress with mock
interviews, hygiene and grooming, self-advocacy, and being self-determined.
I am excited to be a peer mentor and to work with other adults.
Being a peer mentor will be a good work experience for me. I am very proud of
myself for doing what I need to do!

I am excited to be a Summer program peer mentor. I love working with kids.
I will learn more about hygiene and other skills for work. My dream job is to work
at the movie theater or something with guns. I will learn how to overcome challenges
as a peer mentor. I will become more independent. As a peer mentor, I will get more
experience doing office work such as working on computers, answering phones, and
help with paperwork. I have learned about different cultures. I liked going out into
the community because I gained more work experience.

Some of the things I learned in class where phone skills, completing a resume and interview strategies. Being prepared in the community: how to blog and email professionally, dealing with rude costumers and coworkers and standing up for my personal boundaries. Things I liked: the class, field trips and doing mediation in class.

The job fair went great I really liked it a lot.  A Job Fair is for you to be prepared for  Job Development.
It's a part of VR.  Also I think it would mean that I cannot have any bad behaviors
and also It would mean If I do have any bad behaviors then they will not hire me.
