Many places like Burger King, McDonald's, or Wendy's are very good and delicious and it's okay to eat at those places once in a while, but I would advice eating more fruits. Bananas are high in potassium, have twelve grams of fiber and are only 200 calories to get the nutrition your body needs. A value meal at McDonald's are over 1000 calories and that is like eating more bananas you need and not really healthy. Orange and orange juice may be the same but not in nutrition, for the fruit is more healthy than in juice form, so eat more of that than the liquid type of oranges.
