I have always struggled with sleep all my life. I have tried sleeping pills, relaxing music and tea, mediation with crystals and different pillows, all which have worked more or less of the time. I have a hard time putting down the phone and turning off the TV. Ideally i would like to go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 7 am but it's hard when you have the whole internet in the palm of your hand and when the really good shows are on at night. when I was in Greece,Alaska and Mexico i didn't have electronics because i stayed busy all day and was out by 9-10 pm.
