Job search questions went very well. I learned that no matter how bad you feel,you still have a responsibility to make customers happy. If a customer is very angry with you, just say phrases like I hear you and we are going to fix this. your meal is on us. In my opinion, giving a free meal to an angry customer will melt their cold heart!
