Professionalism- the competence or skill expected of a professional. Meaning, to do jobs you are supposed to do and following the rules at your job.  Professionalism is always needed at every job and anywhere even if it's not job related. The reason why this skill is so important is so that you learn how good it makes you look and so that you don't come off as unprofessional at your job or anything else. How you dress, your personal hygiene, and your attitude have everything to do with professionalism itself.

During my twelfth week at Workability, we mostly learned about professionalism. It is very important to remember  when you have a job interview or  want to keep the job you have,  you have to always  wear clothing that is appropriate. Make sure that not only what you wear is comfortable and nice looking, but is also covering the main parts to your body.  Moreover, there will be days where it may go by slow or   you may not have as much customers, but it is important to always keep yourself busy, occupied, and   going the extra mile!

Not everybody in this world is the same, everyone is different. whether its our gender, height, age, body type, religion, ethnicity, etc. these are some examples that makes everyone different, which is also known as diversity. i went to visit the Jewish history museum, the Arizona state museum, and the Chinese cultural center to learn about other cultures besides my own. moreover, it is important to keep in mind that when you get a job,you are always going to be working with people who may have a different perspective of how certain things should be.so it is important to communicate with them and make sure you're on the same page, in order to get the job done.

Taking care of your mental health is something that should always stick to you when taking good care of yourself. Mental health is just as important as physical health in terms of feeling good and balanced with yourself . Because if your mental health is not as good, it could affect how you live your life and how your brain thinks everyday. So please always remember to take care of  your mental and physical health and you will live a much more balanced life.  and there are ways you can take care of yourself mentally. Like going to therapy, writing in your journal, meditating, exercising, eat good meals, do something with family and friends, take a break from whatever it is your doing, listening to music, and do hobbies you love doing. Take this guide and hopefully it'll help with how your mental health currently is.
