Dress nice and act professional. In order to do a good job such as stocking the shelves don't leave the boxes in the way. Put them away in the right order.
Imagine you are at work and you see your coworker. You say hi and then tell your guy friends that she's looking hot today and she overhears you. Is that professional? Ummm no. Was there a consequence? Yep! It would be really hard for her to function normally being harassed in this manner. That being said, professionalism at work is a very important issue today. It is so crucial to businesses because they could lose a lot of customers due to employees acting like dorks....and that means losing money. Making a good impression with your coworkers and treating them well is equally important. If you have respect, everything else will generally fall into place.
Is good to have so that you can be successful at work and any place in your life. You can be professional with good hygiene, clean clothes, also it is important to be on time, and respect one other.
Professional Emails and Blogs
Last week we found out our learning styles through the True Colors Test. This week I am looking forward to learning about how to send a Professional Email and Blog. I enjoy blogging! We have also been talking about goals and jobs. We talked about professional appearance also meaning sitting up in your chair and not laying your head on the table and wearing appropriate clothes.
We studied professionalism skills for work. Professionalism is a skill of good judgement, being polite and is being trained to do the job well. Some jobs have strict regulations on how employees are to follow policies and treat their co-workers with respect.
