The training stations were good, I understand that it is harder for me to fold clothes. And putting groceries away in the bag. As far as getting shopping carts, I won’t be able to do that. The customer training station would be a good job for me. Because it would teach me better communication skills.

This topic is about the guest speaker Lupita how it went with her. When she came to visit us as guest I learned some things from her and what the program Direct does to benefit people in living independently. She also handed out some papers of different programs and a card of Direct.
Lupita came to are class to talk to us about DIRECT. She talked to us about the 30 day bus pass. She talked to us about the utility bill assistance program. She gave us her business card if we have other questions.
http://directilc.org/ Yesterday's guest speaker was Lupita Munoz from DIRECT. she came in to talk to us about DIRECT and the services that they offer. these services include financial management, peer mentoring, and cooking. each service is meant to help with independence.
Yesterday I had a speaker from DIRECT and her name is Lupita. She told us about all the things that DIRECT can do for an individual with the qualifications that is in need of the service one of the interesting programs that she talked about is a Cooking Class. In there she talked about the class teaching people how to make easy nutritional meals when you live on your own. Also your not going to eat something you don't like they can help you make something else that you will eat.
If you want to learn more about DIRECT click here http://directilc.org/ If I was the boss it would make me happy if my employees follow the directions I give them.
I want my employees to be on time to work. And they should put up their phone when they get to work. Employees should be off of the phone because they need to help me with customers. When my employees leave work, they can be on thier phone. They need to call when they are going to be late and be careful with coworkers. It’s good to be your own boss, you can make your own hours. But it’s also hard, when you have to rely on employee’s to show up on time.
They may have something else to do and you have to call for a fill in, or do the job yourself. This week the class and I are learning money management including the pros and cons in loans, direct deposit and cashing your check in yourself.
So far it’s been hard to remember the ins and outs with every trick to make it easier on yourself when you’re managing your money but I know if I research enough with some practice I can get it down. During the years I’ve worked with Absolute, I’ve had to learn how to keep track of what I get payed, how I get payed, and how to file tax returns. Dealing with this type of stuff regularly made the lessons over the past few days easier to understand and remember.
What I learned yesterday is money management and how manage your money. The first thing I learned is overdraft you have to keep track of how much money is in your account and how much you are spending because you do not want to be in debt. The second thing I learned is you have to keep writing your checks in your checkbook so you would know what is in your accounts. The third thing I learned is you better be careful of how you use a credit card because you could get into a lot of debt and not be able to pay it back.
