The key to success is to be open to all possibilities. Keep an open mind,
do Yoga, and listen to calming music.

You should always stretch to loosen up because if you don't stretch you could really hurt yourself. Everyday is a  new beginning.

Work ability is grand! It also helps you learn things like how to become a better person. Don’t be ashamed to come to class because what you learn is good for your soul. It gives you skills even when you feel the chills. Don’t be afraid to learn new things. The teacher is awesome, come to class ‘cause it helps you blossom.

Getting and applying for a job-RJ

For all people who want to survive in this world, it is painfully obvious that we need jobs. But some might say oh but how does one get a job, well it’s quite simple. First, if you have a computer at your home that’s great, but if not don’t worry there are places where you have access to computers such as libraries or learning facility’s. When you have access to a computer start a roster of jobs and list them. Try to look into each of them, who knows maybe one of the job you jotted down will be your chosen job. Keep trying and never give up hope. Look, all I can do is give you people advice but is up to you to use the information I give. Please use your brain and make the best choices that you can make.

Awful weather conditions for work in Arizona-Rj

1. It is customary to start work early between 4 and 6, wear loose fit clothing that covers your arms and legs, have a hat made of mesh, carry numerus water bottles, and wear sun block.
2. Temperatures will rise rapidly. Must drink a ½ gallon of water every day, or risk heat stroke. If you don’t wear sun block you will either get sun burned. You could be at risk of getting skin cancer.

Self-Care-Justin

Self-care is like eating healthy, it makes you feel good inside.  When you wake-up in the morning and you do exercise, you feel good about yourself.

If you are too emotional, try to control it.  Otherwise you might flip out.  You might get paranoid  That would not be good for you or the people around you.

Workability-Ferran & Philip

I believe Workability is a fun program that helps adults and teenagers gain job skills and we all have reasons to go into Workability.
My reason to go into Workability is when it comes to mock interviews I become very nervous
and Philip’s reason to come to workability is to learn skills to keep a job.

I filled out application for Walmart and Sprouts. If you stay in too long you get kicked off. There is a questionnaire on applications about what kind of employee you would be. It takes 45 minutes to finish an online application. You need patience. It was helpful to have your resume.

Career goals-Becky

Career goals and it's many fascinations. To begin to give advice on where can you find help on the internet, there are many places that you can turn to for help such as career goals.com and other websites that you can turn to for help. You can turn and find out how people have been able to be so successful in there lives.

We can always get advice on any career goals that people may have in mind. What are career goals in life? How can we pursue them, well we can look at them as our long term goals or our short term goals.

We can also make a list of our goals and set a date that we can accomplish them. But there are other things that we can do to further these goals. Such as career centers, where they have ways of helping to get the skills you need.

Just like i'm trying to work on my long term goals and my short term goals to reach these goals by a certain date so I can feel like i have accomplished these goals.  knowing that i am really on my way in life. What a  wonderful way to feel.

Mock interview - Heather

Mock interviews are good practice. I think mock interviews are fun. They get you ready for a real interview. If you turn in an application you will be called for an interview.

I learned to answer questions. I have to have good posture, shake hands before and after, introduce yourself, and have good eye contract. It is important to dresses business casual, as well.
