It's always a Challenge to Fully Trust people
It's always a good idea to not share everything about Yourself, especially about your personal stuff.  But it's very tricky.  keeping certain stuff private.  You probably want to keep  some things private. you should get a lock box for your meds that only you have the key for, you should set ground rules is really Not cool with me  after all cause it'S  your home not theirs.

Trip To Walmart

We took a trip to Walmart to learn how to take care of yourself when you live on your own.
When working with a budget it will save money in the long run. It is important to look for sales and discounts. When you go shopping don’t always get name brand items because it can be expensive.
So look for the store brand instead for one it can be cheaper and two it could be just as good or better.

This will be my last blog so let’s begin.

Direct is a corporation that helps people with disability they teach them budgeting’ and other skills that will help with independent living they have cooking class (healthy) bus training.
When living on your own it is important to carefully budget your paycheck so you can buy stuff you need like food and utilities for your home/apartment.  Keep watch on when your cell phone plan bill is due and the same can be said about your internet bill.

Independent Life-Justin

Independence is very important because it teaches you how to do things on your own and not rely on others to do things for you. It also makes you feel good inside because the more you help out yourself the more confident you will become.

Being independent shows everyone around you that just because you learn differently does not mean you can’t thing for yourself.

Everyone has their own trials in life. Never give up on yourself and as you are able to show your independence those around you may become inspired as well.

I value my independence, the more I learn for myself it helps me to be active in the community. It allows me the freedom make my own choices.

Anything is achievable when you put your mind to it, do the work that is required, and surround yourself with people who support you.

Building independence-Ben

What it means to build independence to me is to learn to take care of yourself instead of having your parents take care of you. In other words make decisions in your life. When you are independent you have more freedom and responsibility. It makes you more focused on a goal in your life whether you go to college or get a job. Being independent means being a mature adult according to the law.

Being independent-Philip

Being independent means Getting My Own Apartment.  I will pick it out with my support coordinator.  First, I will see the manager with my dad.  Then I will sign a lease. Next, I will put my dresser and other stuff from my room into my dad’s truck.  I will put it into my new apartment from my dad’s truck.

Running My First Adult Team  Meeting-Becky

My student blog is about running my first adult work meeting and how wonderful it felt for me to know i was given a choice to be heard and knowing that maybe somebody will give me a chance to let me learn the things i need to learn in my life. I want to learn how to take on responsibility for my own life. Knowing that i can really handle learning the skills that need to be done to get ahead in my own life . i want someone to say we want you in our team and that you are well appreciated in my job efforts. I hope that i can help people to see what i have done and not to give up that there is always a way to succeed in life. My life's journey is only what i make it and that "yes" i can do what ever comes my way in my own life. I have learned from other people is that you have to "ignite your own life in order to complete life's journey."

I take sun daily. I use a monthly bus pass, it costs $15. If the bus runs late I will be late to work. I will call my boss if I am running late. It is cheap if I ride the bus it saves on gas. Anyone can go on with a friend to learn how to ride the bus.
