I like to save money. I would like to save money for a vacation, retirement, books, clothing, and a gym membership. We are learning how to read a paycheck and know what taxes are and the difference between gross and net pay. Having a personal budget will help me save money and do the things I want!
Lindy When looking for a job it is important to network with those who work at the job site or go on twitter or other chatroom website. Make sure that you practice the three P’s (Prepare, Practice, and Pull Yourself Together) or they will not think you are serious. If you are nervous try networking with family or friend to make the networking with new people a lot easier. RJ A mock interview is how you practice for a real interview. You get to learn about the good things you do and you also get to learn about what you can work on. You get to practice wearing professional clothing. I wasn't too nervous. I think it has helped me be prepared for an interview. My advice is try to concentrate on the questions, answer honestly, and SMILE!!
I liked talking about food, books, and Disney. I also liked talking to our guest speaker Mr. Mason from Popcorn Country. I learned about teamwork and what I bring to the team. I bring a positive attitude and I always try my best!
