Self care is helping yourself become a better person. Here are some ways to do self care .
Deep breathing, walking, baking, cooking, taking a time out and taking a shower.

Life is a gift and it offers us the privileged opportunity and a  responsibility to give something back by becoming more. Life is destiny. You were born with all the unique abilities, knowledge and talents you need for your mission.  You don't need to compare yourself to anyone else-just be yourself.  Start shinning, this life is yours, take the power to choose what you want to do and do it well.

Life has so much to offer and to enjoy. So go out there and do all that there is to offer.  Because this is who we need to be. And go to that next level,  you can do it. If you like this hit the like button or just leave a comment .

Earths Journey For Myself- becky

4/23/2015

My thoughts are on my earths journey. You ask what is an earth journey, it makes us who we are in life.

We are the breathe of life.  You ask what is the breathe of life, for me it is learning to be a better planner in life. Learning how to plan an effective time schedule and strategies to living a more effective life.  And not letting other things get in my way that would prevent me from getting where I need to be in my life.

We need to learn to be more effective people and learn what our lives need to look like on a daily basis because, how we plan is how our lives will turn out. So don't plan more lifelines than you can handle, it'll make us look like we are not responsible enough to live life on our own.

I have lived and learned, and now I must learn what are appropriate lifelines and what are not. I can not let other people's plans get in my way of living appropriate lifelines.

Advantages of a Dream Job-Becky

What is the advantages of working with a dream job, in your career life, but what is a dream job? In the Career  world ? Well it is a job that you find in your heart. Thus it finds your heart. It can find you on top of the world.

"Whether its family, friends, or just the song of the rain ? Yes, we all look back in life, as we go through the thresholds of life we just go back, but we also look forward to another chapter in our lives, because dreams really do come true and dreams really do come true and don't ever let somebody tell you differently." written by Kenney Chesney

Our life's goal is to keep reinventing ourselves. I have reinvented my life so many times, it is like one of my favorite songs. I really admire Kenney Chesney because his songs are about real life. Life changes, different times, places and  events, and it sets us apart from other people's lives we see. Other people have been reinvented by their dreams of being and life's roads and that is how they got their dream careers.

Life's quests is that if I can reinvent my self, so can you out there in life just like I have. It has been so very fulfilling. Life is a way to find my dream of wanting to grow and experience all that life has to offer. Other people can learn their dreams just like I did.

it has not been easy discovering who I am in life and finding out what is possible in my life and finding out what is gone.  I can grow and nurture my life to its fullest potential.  We are who we are, thus we create ourselves to be and having and knowing how exciting the new life's challenges will be in the coming years.

In loving memory of my mother Vivian A.  Newcomb who was my biggest inspiration. Thanks mom

Positive  and Negative Attitude - Heather

4/21/2015

It is very important. It is important  to show a positive attitude. If  you are negative, it can get you in trouble.

Being negative does not get you anywhere. If you have a job, you can get fired.

Staying positive gets you somewhere.

This week I enjoyed learning about ourselves and all the things necessary in life's daily challenges. We can be a better person who will always succeed no matter what. I can do anything on my new journey.

My life is what I want to create and follow.  Thus my life is going in a new direction.  I know it will be ok no matter what I decide on my new journey with workability, and that I will always have a past and a future. The future is mine but, being an independent person and graduating to a new form of life will be a great challenge.  Thanks to workability and Hannah, I know I can grow and be very successful in todays world.

I would like to take this opportunity to speak to you about the role of Protection and Advocacy Agencies. The role of these agencies is to preserve and protect the rights of people with developmental disabilities. Yet another role of these agencies is to ensure access to medical equipment such as power wheelchairs and other types of adaptive equipment. One example of such an agency is the Arizona Center for Disability Law. For more information on protection and advocacy agencies please visit:Arizona Center for Disability Law There are protection and advocacy agencies all over the United States. They are all governed by the National disability Rights Network "NDRN" National Disability Rights Network

Goals are everything you need to know. You can set long term and short term goal. For me setting goals keeps me in line. I think everybody should have a goal. Short term goals help you reach long term goal. I will keep you on the right track.

my life-becky

My learning today was about goals,so that you can reach and complete. Either in a short or long term life skills and to be able to to seek some bigger goals. And assessments that you set out to do in life and grow with what you set out to do with your life, and make people more aware , of how you can grow with goals, and plans ,and objectives, of self ready for the real world of living and learning.  And that we can be of help to others out there that can"t see what there is out there to learn.

The world has been really Hard and full of challenges but the more steps I take the more I can grow and go out to the real workforce.  From what I achieved in my own goal setting life and that yes you can really do it if you have the challenge in mind.

Thus no matter were we are in life its gonna be okay and even if we do not see each other it will be okay because we know that it is time to separate and maybe we will pass again in life. No matter what path we seek we know that we can do it no matter the challenges ahead. the end.
