Tip :  allways help a person in need  at  a place like  a  Zoo  or  Supermaket
You can help a old lady  cross the street, and cutting pets  hair for pet grooming , or maybe Saving puppies from fire, and maybe do people's makeup for movies  like  Goosebumps or  Walking Dead!

My Day At Workability

I learn about a lot of different things like team work. Also I saw ants working together to strip leaves off of a tree when I was at Yellow Brick Coffee. We will be putting in an herb garden and compost bin at Yellow Brick Coffee. I get to draw on some pots to make them pretty.  I am looking forward to learning more about the other things like this week we are talking about positive mental attitude (PMA). This class is fun because of all the things I am learning.

 Teamwork

Today I learned about teamwork. There are 10 elements to being a good team member. And judging others don’t or not being respectable with each other isn’t the way. Contribute and come up with a few ideas and respect will be earned. The best way is to have fun with your friends and you will make teamwork grow stronger.
Here is the list of the 10 elements of teamwork:
  1. Be reliable
  2. Effective communication
  3. Active listening
  4. Participation
  5. Shares openly and willingly
  6. Be cooperative
  7. Be flexible
  8. Be committed
  9. Problem solver
  10. Be respectable

Review Week

This is our last week of the Adult Workshop. We are reviewing topics that we wanted to go over again. I chose Personal Boundaries, Boundaries in Communication, and Teamwork. It is good to review and practice so that I am careful with my personal boundaries and keeping my private and personal information safe. It is good to practice scenarios so that you are more confident. I also reviewed who is part of my Team. It is important to know who is on your team so they can help you reach your goals. I am learning how to be the leader of my team!

Teamwork

It is good to work with a team. You can get the job done faster and it is nice to work with other people. It takes many different types of people to make a good team. Each person brings something unique. Diversity is a great thing!!

Why is it Difficult to Work on a Team- Ferran & Ben

8/18/2015

Some of the  reasons why it's difficult to work on a team might be because some one is lazy, doesn't like you, or could have social problems.  But in a job it doesn't matter, you need to find a way to work together. One way that can be achieved is by finding compromise.  For example, if they are lazy you can tell them if you finish the project you can help them with thier work. Also, if they dislike you, can focus on your task and let them do thier job.  If they have social problems you can try to find out what they like, so you can open them up to get close and participate.  These are the reasons we think working together is hard and how we can fix it.

Why It's difficult to work on a team. - Stephen and Phil

My issue with working on a team is my inability to think clearly with other people around. I end up second guessing everything I do and try to change things at the last minute. - Stephen

People with different views have to get a long because they have to be working together as a team. -Phil
