I brush my teeth twice a day. I make my bed and take a shower. I shave, brush my hair, and eat my breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I clean my house, do my laundry, and wash my dishes. I exercise every day. I eat healthy foods and sometimes junk food. When I feel tense, I drink some water and have a snack.

to take care of yourself:  very important  for good health and to have a good day. I take a bath and wash my hair. I brush my teeth and wear clean clothes. I try to stay positive to have a nice day. I walk with my dog and play with my cat .

Sleep is good for you. Self care like personal hygiene is important.
It feels good to work and it feels good to go home after a long day of work.
So it's important to take care of yourself so that you can work.

Taking Care of Yourself by Toneta

you take care of your self--your mental state and your physical appearance. Make sure you're clean everyday when you go to work, when you get a job. Make sure you take care of your feet. Make sure you don't have open toed shoes, depending on the job you have, you don't want to break your toe. When you go to work, or you walk in an office, you have to look presentable, so that you get the job. Whatever job you have, you can't work in flip flops. If you work at a hardware store and someone drops something on your foot, you have to sue them. But you can't sue them if they drop something on your foot. Yes you can, if your foot is broken and it's heavy. It depends on the situation. That makes sense. I never worked in a hardware store.

I like learning computers skills.
I like to work. I like to relax.
I like to watch TV or I love coloring.
I listen  to music or write off the book.
These are how I self-care.
I learned that volunteering is for helping people. I like to help animals. I hope to find a volunteer opportunity that will help build my skills.

I am diverse in race and culture I am German Mongolian from my mother side and African American Native American from my frothier side and was born Muslim.

I have met people with different racial Back-rounds and religion such as Judaism and mostly Christianity variance.

I learn Arabic while growing up and learn German at The University of Arizona.

The most important thing I learned is no matter what people say about you your race or your culture or your heritage, you are still a human being.

Chicken salad is very tasty and full of nutrition.  It will make your taste buds sing and it will make your brain sing too. Make sure you make it very moist for your palate. When you eat healthy, your mind and body are fueled and you are more alert, with clearer thoughts and you'll be bushy tailed. Eating healthy will stimulate the brain as well as the body, which helps everyone think clearly be more awake which also helps the brain stay more focused and -- Always Alert.

The Importance of Sleep and Good Dieting

We discussed that sleep is the most important part of your life because you spend the majority of your life sleeping regrettably but it is instinctual. We talked about calories and sugars that we ingest every day to get the energy we need however that does not mean you can chug a monster for that small boost.
