When I exercise it makes me feel better. When I have my bedtime tea I sleep better. The weather, warm or cold, reduces my stress. So does reading and less TV.
Misty- my boyfriend helps me with my stress.

I have been learning about stress and how to communicate more effectively. I learned how music can help to relax your mind and body. It can also help to lower your heart rate and help to reduce stress. Here is a song scientists tested and found to be the most relaxing song ever tested. Hope it help you out!
